Hands down the best kettlebell routine is the Kettlebell Swing. Not only is it the best kettlebell workout, it is on my list of top 5 exercises. It is a total body exercise and incorporates many of the Components of Fitness into one exercise.

Kettlebell swings kick butt. They work your whole posterior chain – the hamstrings, glutes, erector spinae and lats. Bonus, it also requires you to maintain core stabilization throughout the whole movement. The Kettlebell Swing combines a resistance exercise with a plyometric move that can’t be duplicated effectively by any other exercise.
